When we arrived to the hotel via taxi from AUH airport they helped us right away with our luggage, their receptionist that night i believed her name was Misaka was very professional and pleasant, she always has that smile on her face even though it was almost 12MN, she confirmed our booking right away, we were accompanied by their bellman to our room, unfortunately we have to change rooms because of some small problem but that was ok because they immediately addressed the issue and changed our room. From our stay the location is good cuz it was next to the mall and it was on the main area in the city. Easy access to food stalls and supermarket ( lulu), it was just a pain to drive to their parking space underground cuz of many taxis and cars along the road, Overall it was a good experience, their receptionist are nice and always ready to help- shout out to Misaka and Rim. Thank you.

The apartment was very spacious and the room service was amazing. Much better for a family than having two hotel rooms. We used the health club a few times and enjoyed that too. It's amazing they have the option for women and men only which allowed us to relax a lot more. The hotel access to the Wahda mall was brilliant too, allowing us to visit the food courts easily. The weather was lovely so we could walk outside, but in the middle of summer this would have been even more amazing as it would avoid the need to walk in the heat. Almost all the staff were welcoming and wonderful.

We were at the suite room, with an access for the lounge (renew business place). The breakfast was delicate. with variety of food to choose. The staff genuinely nice and helpful, while the stay we were most of the time in the lounge. There have a meeting room, bar, comfortable couches- Mrs. Shifah assisted us with anything we need. The hotel is in main place. the mall is close and genuinely nice. The room is amazing with large bed, giant bathroom. Each morning we got fresh fruits. The pool located at the thirty-one floors with a beautiful view to the city.

Yechezkel

Great Location. Big comfy bed, spacious bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows which offered a great Panoramic view. Big modern full bathroom. Friendly and very helpful staff, especially Charlie and Shainim. They went over and above to ensure that my stay was comfortable and helped with all my tour bookings. I managed to get some good discounts on the excursions/tours due to their efforts. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. Did I mention that I had a room upgrade?. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium hotel. Will definitely recommend.

I requested for early check in as I was on transit stay and we reached hotel at 8 am and the usual check in time is 2 pm. After talking to the hotel manager sitting right next to reception desk we have got our room by 10 am ( which is super great considering how busy the hotel was during our stay) We loved our stay in the hotel and everything is up to the mark but the best thing for us is the location. We managed to do shopping from the mall next to the hotel , which has a dedicated entry for hotel guests, without going through the hassel of transport.
